Six distillations and two rounds of activated charcoal filtration later, the answer is a spirit so clean it feels like it was made specifically to get out of the way. Which is precisely the point.

Great vodka doesn't announce itself. It makes everything around it better: the mixer, the moment, the drink you end up with. Batovi is the base we built the Elements line on, because we weren't willing to start from anywhere else.
